Matrix Group, a London-based finance boutique, has hired Ray Coole and Jonathan Leinmuller to set up a dedicated fund advisory business. The pair will provide fundraising and investor relations services to private equity fund managers.

It will advise both new and established managers looking to raise funds up to £150m (€223m).
