Mayfair Capital Investment Management, the UK property fund manager, has appointed Frances Ketteringham as director of research and investment strategy. Ketteringham was previously an associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she spent six years as part of the Emea research team, focusing initially on the office sector before specialising in capital markets.
