The multi-billion pound group that manages much of London’s Mayfair and Belgravia has chosen an internal candidate as its new finance boss after a months-long search.

The Grosvenor Group, which invests on behalf of the Duke of Westminster and his family, has named Robert Davis as its new group finance director. He will take the role next June.
