Eric McAuslan, formerly a senior investment manager at Martin Currie, is set to launch his comeback by taking over the management of the Knox D'Arcy Investment Trust.

McAuslan is set to manage Knox through his new company, Platinum Fund Managers, where his colleagues include longstanding National Express executive Adam Mills and Mike Munro of Quayle Munro, a Scottish finance boutique.
