McDermott Will & Emery has hired an M&A partner in London as it continues its expansion in the UK capital.

The US law firm has hired M&A partner Sebastien Bonneau from Eversheds Sutherland in London, where he was co-head of the firm’s digital infrastructure practice, specialising in advising on data centre deals.
