McDermott, Will & Emery, the US-based law firm, has hired Daniel Rabinowitz as a partner in London to boost the US corporate and securities team.

Rabinowitz joins the firm's corporate department from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he was a senior associate. He has worked on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, although he specialises in international SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, high-yield debt and investment grade debt.
