A former London divorce lawyer is hoping to make, rather than break, partnerships within the Square Mile, to raise cash for the capital as austerity bites.

David Farnsworth, director of the City Bridge Trust, the City of London Corporation’s charitable funder, wants to use its position of influence to engage financial institutions in providing for the less privileged living and working in the UK capital.
