After years of property developers trumpeting their new office buildings’ high scores in terms of their environmentally-friendly use of energy, the latest must-have rating is a badge that tells tenants their data will flow quickly and freely through efficient and modern pipes. And one team of analysts says tenants are willing to pay a hefty premium for it.
