UBS rainmaker Simon Warshaw will be joining fellow mergers and acquisitions big-hitters Simon Robey and Simon Robertson at advisory boutique Robertson Robey. Financial News takes a look at some of the mega-deals that the trio have been on.

Robertson, an ex-Goldman Sachs partner who also acts as a non-executive director at HSBC, established Simon Robertson Associates in 2005. Robey joined the firm earlier this year and it changed its name to Robertson Robey.
