Mellon Newton Asset Management has signed an agreement with PBI Gestion in Madrid to act as its official distributor, marking its first retail move into Spain.

The London-based group, now part of Mellon Financial Corporation's global asset management business, has just registered Newton Investment Funds in Spain, said Sasha Evers, sales manager, responsible for leading Mellon Newton's drive in the country.
