A memorial service for the late actuarial and investment consultant Max Lander will be held at the Barber-Surgeons hall in London at 11am on Thursday, July 6.

Lander passed away, at the age of 85, on April 10. A fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, he was the guiding light behind the development of consultant Duncan C Fraser after the Second World War.
