Mercer, the consulting firm, has appointed Leonard Gray as global leader of its mergers and acquisitions consulting services business, based in New York, effective immediately. He succeeds Bob Bundy, who will retire on April 1. Gray was recently head of the Asia Pacific region and head of the Americas region at Mercer, and also previously worked at Deloitte and Touche.
