Merrill builds Israeli institutional connections with Lehman hire

Merrill Lynch has hired Lehman Brothers' head of Israeli capital markets in an effort to expand its Israeli investment banking work and strenghten its governmental and institutional connections.

Yoram Inbar will join Paul Raphael's investment group at Merrill next month. The team covers central Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Inbar will move to Merrill's Tel Aviv office after an initial spell in London.
