Merrill Lynch has added three senior names to its Europe, Middle East and Africa debt markets group.

Vincent Dahinden joins as a managing director from Credit Suisse First Boston after two years as head of European collateralised bond obligation (CBO) origination at Credit Suisse First Boston. He had previously worked at Merrill as a derivatives structurer and marketer across all products.
