Jennifer Averre-Beeson has joined Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) as director of defined contribution (DC) pension sales and relationship management.

The announcement comes just a couple of days after Financial News reported that MLIM had made 14 London staff redundant, including two from the defined contribution pensions team it has sought to build up over the last two years.
