Merrill Lynch has hired six bankers for its debt capital markets business in Asia, led by Osman Semerci, head of Pacific Rim debt markets.

Tatsuhiko Iga joins from UBS Warburg. He will be part of the Japan issuer client group focusing on corporate bond origination and liability management solutions for Japanese companies. Iga will be based in Tokyo.
