Merrill Lynch has beefed up its global equity capital markets group with several key senior appointments to enhance its technology and European underwriting capabilities.

Jeffrey Edwards, previously the co-head of equity capital markets for the Americas and Dante Roscini, co-head of equity capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, are named global co-heads of equity capital markets.
