Merrill Lynch veteran Kenney to retire

Jerry Kenney, a 36-year veteran of Merrill Lynch, is retiring at the end of March from his current role as vice-chairman of client relationship management to work for the bank in a consulting capacity.

He will advise on senior client relationships and business development within the investment bank's financial institutions group. Kenney's move follows changes in Merrill's senior management since Stan O'Neal took the helm in December.
