Merrill names co-heads of US investment banking

Victor Nesi and Hugh Sullivan have been appointed co-heads of US investment banking at Merrill Lynch replacing Jeffrey Edwards who becomes chief financial officer and succeeds Ahmass Fakahany who is promoted to vice chairman and chief administrative officer.

In his new role Fakahany will oversee all of Merrill's financial, technology, human resources and administrative functions.
