Merrill poaches Kemp from Morgan Stanley to lead FX

Merrill Lynch has poached Stephen Kemp, head of foreign exchange spot trading for Morgan Stanley in New York, to succeed Michael DeSa as head of global foreign exchange.

According to an internal memo from Merrill Lynch, DeSa is leaving in two months after two years in the post to "pursue some long-standing outside interests, both personal and professional."
