Merrill restructures European debt

Merrill Lynch has hired Theo Constantinidis from Deutsche Bank to run a new debt structuring group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Constantinidis left Deutsche in late July, just two months after being appointed co-head of structuring and structured credit trading.

Constantinidis will join Merrill in October, reporting to Osman Semerci, head of global markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and co-president of global markets and investment banking in the region.
