Merrill shakes up global research team

Merrill Lynch has restructured its global securities research and economics division run by Candace Browning, who was appointed to the role after Robert McCann resigned at the start of February.

Following the restructuring, which is effective immediately, the securities research and economics division will consist of seven areas, including two teams to focus on global strategy and economics, and global credit and equity-linked research.
