Metric Capital Partners, the debt investor founded by former executives from buyout firms Terra Firma and TowerBrook Capital Partners, has acquired a controlling interest in Danish retail firm Change of Scandinavia as its edges towards a second fundraising effort in under two years.

The deal for Change of Scandinavia - a Danish-based lingerie and swimsuit chain launched in 1995 with shops across Europe and Canada - values the retailer at about €50m, according to a report in sister publication Private Equity News.
