Metropolitan Venture Partners, a US based early stage technology venture capital fund, is expanding into Europe.

Metropolitan is backed by the Man Group, the London listed financial services company, and by Lawrence Hite, the founder and managing director of Mint Investment Management Company, the New York based hedge fund manager.
