Eighteen months after opening for European institutional business, Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS) is convinced the region offers fast-growing opportunities to US investment firms.

John Ballen, president of MFS, says: 'I come over more often than I did. America still offers huge opportunities, but we can't ignore Europe these days.'
