MGM Advantage to cut 33% of workforce

Annuity provider says it is to cut 80 jobs as the business restructures following George Osborne's pension reforms

MGM Advantage, a retirement income specialist, has confirmed it is to cut a third of its workforce as the business restructures following the government’s decision to end compulsory annuities.

The company said 80 roles were being made redundant of the 250 staff currently employed by the business.
