Independent advisory firm Ondra has made two senior hires with extensive M&A experience gleaned at big banks, bringing in a JP Morgan managing director and a former UBS executive director.

The firm, which was established eight years ago by ex-Lehman Brothers executives Michael Tory and Benoit D'Angelin and former HSBC banker Michael Baldock, has recruited Daniel Braun and Elizabeth Tietz as senior bankers in its London team. Both started at Ondra on September 5.
