Millennium Management’s London division has recruited the former head of strategy at brokerage BTIG, as Izzy Englander’s $21.8 billion hedge fund bolsters its talent pool once more.

Nick Xanders has joined Millennium Capital Partners as a fund manager after two years at BTIG, according to a person familiar with the situation.
