Minority shareholders ask COB to review Provimi sale

A French shareholder pressure group has asked the Commission des Opérations de Bourse (COB), the French regulator, to review the recent sale of animal nutrition group Provimi to a consortium of private equity buyers.

Two weeks ago Paribas Affaires Industrielles (PAI) and CVC Capital Partners acquired a 54% stake in Provimi for €203m ($198m).
