The Mittal family, owners of the world's largest steel company, have increased their stake in UK-listed hedge fund manager RAB Capital and invested $200m (€152m) in its special situations hedge fund.
The family has increased its stake from 3.5% to 5.4% through the issue of 10 million new shares at 90p, and has taken an option to buy a further 10 million shares at £1, according to the firm.
