Mizuho International has made four senior appointments to its European primary debt markets team. Andrew Sweeney joined on September 12 as director on the London syndicate desk, Borja Zamorano joined in early May to head its debt capital markets team for Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, Giso van Loon joined in early July as director in charge of Mizuho's European private placement and medium-term note business and Armand de Cosnac joined as vice president in mid May responsible for high yield debt markets origination.
