MJ Hudson, a specialist law firm that provides legal services to fund managers, has held talks with stockbrokers over an initial public offering that could fund its expansion plans, founder and senior partner Matthew Hudson told FN.
In a bid to become a one-stop shop for private equity firms, the specialist law firm is in fresh acquisition talks with several non-legal service providers as part of plans to enter the international fiduciary space as well as bolster existing capabilities, Hudson said.
