Moelis & Co has announced the second senior hire to its London office in less than a week as the US boutique continues an aggressive expansion in Europe under the new regional head it appointed last month.

Kasim Kutay has joined Moelis & Co as a managing director in London. He is a former chairman of Morgan Stanley's European healthcare business and most recently worked as head of the financial solutions group at private equity firm SUN Group Advisors.
