Moelis hires Morgan Stanley’s European healthcare banking head

Boutique adviser Moelis & Co has hired the former head of European healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley, a rare example of a senior dealmaking hire in London during the coronavirus crisis.

The bank, run by Wall Street dealmaker Ken Moelis, has hired Philippe Gallone as a managing director in its global healthcare business, according to a statement. He is based in London.
