Moelis & Co has swooped on a team of 11 senior dealmakers from Silicon Valley Bank's investment banking arm, doubling the size of its technology unit as the boutique takes advantage of the turmoil at the firm.

Jason Auerbach has joined Moelis as global head of technology investment banking, it said in a statement, alongside 10 other managing directors.
