Investors are selling their holdings in UK property funds faster than they did in the aftermath of the UK’s vote to leave the European Union in June 2016, as fears grow that a disorderly Brexit will cause a real estate price crash.

The news will add to worries that investment companies will have to pull down the shutters on funds in the coming weeks to stop money being drawn quicker than they can free up cash by selling properties.
