Moody's predicts turnaround in credit markets next year

The US credit markets, which are undergoing a period of unprecedented defaults, will begin to turn around in &quotseven months or more&quot, according to Moody's Investors Service, the ratings agency.

The firm said that credit deterioration among corporate bond issuers, which has already led to higher yields, will continue at least through the fourth quarter, accompanied by a rising default rate.
