Moody's review of KPN's credit rating has raised the spectre of Triple B ratings for all of the large telecom companies.

KPN, the Dutch telecommunications company, is on review for possible downgrade by Moody's Investors Service. KPN's long-term rating is A3 and a one-notch cut would drop the company into the Triple B area of the ratings band.
