Moody's to target Middle East

Moody's Investors Service, the credit rating agency, has become the second major financial services intermediary in a week to forge closer ties with the booming financial sector in Dubai.

The rating agency has opened an office in the Dubai International Financial Centre, which acts as the hub for the growing financial markets activity in the country, and shifted two of its London-based analysts to run the team.
