From grief cafes to paid leave: How the City helps staff who suffer baby loss

More of the City’s top businesses now offer paid leave to UK staff and their partners who have suffered a miscarriage as pressure mounts on the UK government to provide support for early pregnancy loss.

For Baby Loss Awareness Week, Financial News asked 20 major London employers across investment banking, asset management and professional services about policies for staff who have experienced pregnancy loss before 24 weeks.
