Deutsche Bank is in talks to move or close more offices around the world as part of new chief executive Christian Sewing's cost-cutting plan for the German lender.

Downsizing in London and New York have been the most notable steps taken so far to rationalise the troubled bank’s property portfolio. But a person familiar with the bank's plans said there are initiatives in train that could see more office space cut.
