More than half of FCA staff threaten to leave over pay changes

Staff at the Financial Conduct Authority are threatening to leave the regulator amid widespread changes to pay and grading.

According to a poll conducted by the watchdog's staff consultative committee — the employee body leading on a consultation over the changes with FCA management — and seen by Financial News, 56% are considering leaving the FCA because of the proposals.
