Morgan McKinley has made three senior appointments to its financial services division. Steve Leeson, formerly operations director at Permanent Recruitment, has been promoted to operations director, financial services new business; Hakan Enver, previously Associate Director, financial services permanent , has been named operations director of the division; and Joe Davies, most recently manager, financial services permanent, has been appointed associate director of the unit.
