France Télécom has hired Morgan Stanley to advise it on the initial public offering of Pages Jaunes, its directories business, alongside Calyon.

Until last year Morgan Stanley was regarded as the international house bank for France Télécom with Goldman Sachs performing the same role in Germany for Deutsche Telekom.
