A former Morgan Stanley equity capital markets banker has joined Barclays to head up its investor relations team.

Marina Shchukina, who was head of fintech and financial institutions ECM at Morgan Stanley, has signed up to the UK lender as head of investor relations. She replaces Chris Manners, who moved to a strategy role at Barclays in March.
