Morgan Stanley cements relationship with Unilever sale

Morgan Stanley's work for Unilever on its latest US disposal reinforces its status as the number-two financial adviser to the Anglo-Dutch consumer goods company, behind Goldman Sachs.

Morgan Stanley advised Unilever on the $1.6bn (€1.8bn) sale of DiverseyLever, its Dutch-based institutional and industrial cleaning business, to Johnson Wax Professional, the privately-owned US cleaning business. Goldman advised Johnson Wax.
