Morgan Stanley has combined the teams making financial technology investments on behalf of its equities and fixed income divisions, following a slimming down of one of the teams.

London-based members of the bank's principal strategic investment unit that operated on behalf of the fixed income division, have now joined a combined team led by New York-based Zheng Wang, from the bank's equities division, according to people familiar with the matter.
