Morgan Stanley hires Exane pharma duo

Appointments come a matter of months after the French broker took two of the US bank's autos team in Europe

Morgan Stanley has hired two highly-ranked pharmaceuticals analysts from Exane BNP Paribas, a matter of months after the French broker took two of the US bank's autos team in Europe.

The bank has hired Vincent Meunier, who ranked as the third-best analyst in the pharma and biotech sector in the 2013 Thomson Reuters Extel rankings, and fellow sector analyst Nicolas Guyon-Gellin, according to people familiar with the hire. Both were based in Paris.
