Morgan Stanley has hired a trio of bankers to work in its equity capital markets team led by former Bank of America dealmaker Sam Losada.

The US investment bank has taken on Kevin O’Sullivan as a managing director for its global strategic equity solutions team to focus on UK companies, private equity and family offices, according to people with knowledge of the hire.
