Süss Micro Tec hired Morgan Stanley to launch the year's first secondary sale on the Neuer Markt, Deutsche Börse's high growth segment, having employed ABN Amro Rothschild to lead a share sale last year.

In June 2001 ABN Amro Rothschild sold stock worth €80m in Süss. ABN Amro Bank is also one of Süss' designated sponsors on the Neuer Markt who commit to making a market in the companies shares.
